As others have said the grounds are great. The pools are great. You do not stink when you get out of them (unless you stink before you get in them). You really do feel like you are living in a resort. The staff is very friendly. Maintenance is responsive.

BUT - They desperately need security cameras in the garages. I have had my car vandalized twice and I know that I am not alone here. Theft, slashed tires and vandalism. If you love your car, do not live here. Since I know the staff reads this, come on, make an investment. If you cannot fix this then pass it up the chain at IAC. It is a small price to pay considering what we pay for rent. You guys (or IAC, whoever) deserve to be criticized for this here because I know that you know it is an issue. You promote Villa Siena as luxury living but we have to put up with this' That crap goes on in the ghetto, not at a luxury destination. Sorry but it has to be said.

The noise is also an issue. I am not talking about college kids. You can hear normal conversations. I guess most apartments are like this so it is not really a Villa Siena issue. I highly recommmend the top floor as most of the noise is going to come from above you. Even if it costs more, get the top floor.
