My Thoughts

I have lived in this complex for over three years now and I just wanted to share my thoughts and a few questions for the staff (if they would kindly respond I??d be appreciative).
My thoughts, the complex is nice and in my experience it feels safe to walk around day or night. The neighbors that I have met are also pleasant and it??s been an overall great experience. I have not made use of the other amenities that the complex offers such as the gym, pools, AV room, BBQ areas, etc.. so I can??t comment on those although all of these area??s seem really clean well maintained. I have also heard of the vehicle break-ins and vandalism but Villa Siena??s staff does at least send out notifications to their tenants letting them know of the events and to be extra vigilant. Some of the downsides are that there are college people staying here so it can get a loud and rowdy at times and for some reason or another, a lot of people think the exits are the start of a race track and rev-their engines and peel out while leaving the complex often.
A few questions for the management staff, are you looking into stepping up security' I noticed that locking of the back gates after 10pm and the installation of the one-way spikes at the exits was a very good start however, I still see a lot of cars waiting at the back gates during normal hours waiting to follow residents into the complex ?? are you looking into a way of preventing this' Maybe security camera??s as someone has mentioned so that security can watch for these cars parked at the back entrance gates just waiting for residents?? Also, I do like the other posters suggestion about adding security camera??s to the enclosed parking areas to curtain the vandalism and break-ins into vehicles. Currently, it??s only vehicles involved, but I really don??t want a situation escalate if someone catches a thief in the act.
Overall, Villa Siena is a good place to stay as much as I would like to say it??s worth every penny ?? it does fall short in a few areas which in the past Villa Siena has worked hard on improving, I just hope they continue improving things. They are getting there.

If you own a MOTORCYLE it WILL be stolen at Villa Siena! I have a lot of friends who used to live there (they moved cuz this place is NASTY!) & people were always taping stolen items & motorcylce theft in the elevators... There are a lot of peeping tom's lurking at Villa Siena as well.

Do you have any other thoughts particularly on the noise level if, say for instance, one is renting on the back side on the third floor? Thanks.
