1480been there for 1.5 years. wanted to move out when my leased ended the first year but due to time constraints i had to sign up for another year. next year, i'm definitely moving out.

cons: like others have reported, the complex tends to attract the college and party crowd. it can get noisy especially if you have a balcony facing the courtyard. the walls shake everytime people slam their doors which happens alot. i can hear people above walking. there's some vandalism that takes about 8 months for the staff to clean up. elevator problems that took the staff 6 months to fix once. bbq grill at the pools are all broken. studios with balcony in the courtyard do not get enough light. would like to see security do more walks thru the nights. guest parking is tough to find since residence tend to park in those spots too.

plus: pool area has nice setup with fireplace and all. i love the layout of my studio with granite, faux hardwood floors, and wash/dryer outside on balcony. i don't think the garage is that scary since it is well lit, but then again, i'm a guy. i can use some security cameras, tho.

overall, don't rent if you want peace and quiet. there are plenty of other complex around the area at similar price range.
