I moved here because it looked great - like a resort - and it's really close to work.

but, when I moved in, I found that the people are loud! the buildings are made of concrete so every little noise echoes.

when there are people downstairs or talking outside on the phones, you can hear their conversations.

the neighbors are LOUD and they won't shut up.

I always felt safe here, but this place is way too expensive for all the noise.

the maintenance staff is helpful and so are ALL the staff.

I know where my money goes: to pay for allllllllllll the freaking people it takes to keep this place up.

You are a moron. They are not made of concrete they are wood frame with stucco. The garage is concete, but no one lives there. And you rate it 4, but say don't live here????
