Party City USA From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/30/2008 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005 2 responses   Very pretty facility and very noisy. Lots of party action. Lots of college students reside there. I overlooked the main courtyard and drunks would come home at 2AM and continue their partying. I would witness guys taking their pants off and acting stupid. It was a shame because the grounds are georgeous. The rent is very high and there is a problem if you have guests over with finding parking. Just beware!
