My girlfriend and I have lived here for a year in a one bedroom and have really liked it. In typical Irvine company fashion there is about a 10-15% vacancy rate at all times. We only had one assigned parking stall but I parked my car in someone else's spot FOR A WHOLE YEAR!!! I tried to negotiate with them so we could upgrade to a 2 bedroom but that ain't happen my friends. I got three different answers for from different leasing consultants. They are full of baloney. The only downside is the large Iranian population. During the summer be prepared for a "persian party" at the pool. That doesn't sound like a positive experience to me. Nothing I got from that review would lead me to a "Yes" recommendation unless it was... "Yes, come here if you enjoy throwing away your money!"
