I have lived in Villa Sienna Since 2004.. We just got a new tenant downstairs a couple of months ago and it has gotten to the point the retard has called security on us 10 times and most of the time all we are doing is WALKING IN OUR APARTMENT, OR SHOWERING, OR FLUSHING THE TOILET. We've gotten to know the security staff pretty well. One night security came up to our place for the same reason, I was walking to loud in my apartment, and he was telling me that some guy called security cause the guy walking from the ELEVATOR to his apartment was too loud. Holy CRAP just because people got money doesnt mean you gotta be pricks... if your really that rich go buy a damn house and have your quiteness.

Management BLOWS... We had a huge leasing problem in the begining one leasing agent told us we'd need these papers and that. Well we turned them in and another agent said NO those aren't what they need. To top it off our idiot leasing agent didn't inform us we'd need $2000 in cashiers checks when we pick up the keys. I brought a check, and we were picking up our keys on Sunday. Banks are closed and ATM cant pull out more than $300.

Maybe you should realize that you live in a damn apartment and NOT a house and, therefore, should walk a bit more LIGHTLY .. not slam the cabinets and doors. Maybe then.. your "retard" neighbor wouldn't be pissed. Is it too much to ask for a little common courtesy? You are exactly the type of person who should not be living in an apartment.

It is so funny how people complain about the most mundane things. You live in an apartment, you know going in, that you are going to hear your neighbors? Is it that unbearable being able to hear someone WALKING in THEIR own apartment. You would have to be sitting in your apartment in dead silence. Some people like to complain just to make themselves feel important.
