I happen to love the amenities @ Villa Siena.

The one thing I don't like are all the middle eastern people that live there.

I just don't understand why someone who makes a 6 figure income lives in an apartment (instead of purchasing a home) THEN has the nerve to complain about little issues that comes with apartment living.

Anyway, other than a couple of deaths and tons of police activity..

I love it here.

There's a several pools, a handful of gyms and fun resident activities.

What makes you think you know what people are earning? Why is it any of your concern whether or not someone chooses to buy a home? Are you simply racist or is there some qualifying statement to your thoughts on the Middle Eastern population at this apartment?

Actually, I suspect that the middle eastern group you are talking about is actually very savvy with money. They would rather rent now that the price of housing is going down down down in Irvine. I myself make well over 6 figures, but the smart money is renting now.

I completely agree with this post. The Arabian population is unexpectedly high and makes grilling and using the pools an interesting experience.

Wow. What if I had commented that grilling outside with all these whites made for a truly "interesting experience"? Seriosly, and pardon the obvious question, but are you aware of what a racist you are or has that not come out in therapy yet?

Consider yourself lucky i don't know who you are, i'm white, but i'm VERY anti-racist, and THAT sir was an un-called for comment...who the HE** cares what nationaltity somebody is. I myself make over 100k per year, but I prefer apartment living for now because it's cheaper and more affordable.
