highs and lows From: townes44 Date posted: 11/16/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   There are some great parts about living here: landscaping, maintenance response, some of the facilities, etc. Unfortunately, there are some serious drawbacks as well. The security is purely for show and to call it "gated". Non-residents trash the pool and common areas in the summer. Expect to lose your deposit, plue some, regardless of the condition of your apt when you move out. They require you to pay for a full painting, carpet cleaning and professional overall cleaning, regardless. Parking is an issue because they don't enforce parking violations and people park anywhere and everywhere, including the middle of the road. But, my overall experience as a tenant was fairly positive. It wasn't awful, but you can probably find better for the price.
