Being a resident, there is much to enjoy but there are definitely things that could be improved. Customer Service, listening skills could be enhanced. Hear what I am asking before responding. Also several times I have made maintenance request without having them fulfilled. This is where the listening skills could come in handy. I asked for a specific item or location to be worked on and they go to another area stating Everything looks fine . What happen to the maintenance request' Leave a note! Let me know what you have done. How cheap they have become, they write your work request on a tablet of paper. How efficient is this' No wonder why they don t know what to do once they get to your apartment. I have to say it is beautiful landscape, nice amenities but service is lacking. Spend some money on work order forms instead of those wasteful parking passes for our guest! Please I have seen no improvement in parking, what exactly does there purpose serve'
Oh yeah and buy some longer life light bulbs. The lighting can be a saftey hazard especially uneasy for women as we receive these notices from the Irvine Police Department! Villa Siena needs to put itself back together earn back your rep.
