At the beginning i loved this complex being that everything is well kept and perfect commute for work. The first 3 months went by smooth and i had stored a dirtbike in the parking garage locked up. Well to my suprise with the 24/7 security and the 2 gates to get to where my bike was it was gone one morning when i woke up at 6am for work.....thinking this was a fluke a month later i purchased a brand new 10k street bike....again locked up but with a much larger lock. This bike was stolen in less then 6 hrs from that parking garage along with 3 other street bikes that night according to Irvine police. Nice place but crime is a serious issue here and Management only stated camera's don't stop crime when i confronted them regarding this ( what if you accidently confronted this crime going on while walking to you're car)' i would want camera's there. Long story short i broke my lease and was happy to pay 5k to do it to get out of that nightmare of theft.
