I've read through many of the reviews and they seem to be honest and on par, not just people who are upset or angry. This apartment community is beautiful, has lots of amenities, and on the surface seems like plush resort. Personally, I don't think it is worth the price. Parking is worse than the average apartment community. The construction and paint jobs within the apartments are of poor quality. We had a very bad mouse (or rat) infestation that maintenance was aware of, but was not able to fix. It's very noisy with a lot of traffic coming through at all hours of the day. And the gates do not serve a purpose. Overall, I don't think the apartments and community are worth the inflated cost.
