My 2004 Honda CBR1000 was stolen 5/4 from the resident gated parking, I have a general description of the thief and a SUV that I believe was helping. I'd like to see if you have any information about your theft, as well as to compile the stories and see how many bikes are actually stolen from Villa Siena (mgmt said 2 in the past year, I already know that's a lie as there's at least 3 reports on here since 8/2007 about stolen bikes). Ideas - Police dept keeps records of thefts and are public information. With some investigating during working hours you should have access to the people's reports,names, etc. Or, an attorney can get those for you more easily. Call your insurance company and advise them of others and maybe they will get reports. You may be able to sue Irvine Apts for falsely advertising the so called security or not advising you of the theft problems in an attempt to get higher price for apts and lease apts. Find others and start a class action.
