Mixed emotions on this place.

1.

The grounds are very pretty - they'd be even prettier if all the lights worked!
2.

The trash is emptied regularly - and that's what you hear all day long!
3.

The office takes various forms of payment - of course they lose most of them!
4.

There is 24hr.

security - but as soon as they pass by, someone vandalizes or steals your car, tries to break into your apartment, or attempts armed robbery while you stroll!
5.

The management is anxious to assist you - at least that's what the message machine says!
6.

You have ONE or TWO assigned parking spaces - assuming you can get a tow company to move the unknown vehicles in them!
7.

Your apartment has 'security features' - oddly, burglars DO seem to have keys!
8.

Nights are fairly quiet, and cricket-filled - once the party's over, and the sex has died down.
9.

Great clubhouse and amenities.

Great variety in apartment styles.

Great activities director.

Great central location.

Complex NEEDS competent management, so don't expect ANYTHING beyond loud lip service!!
