it's okay

The grounds are as nice as the appear during the tour, though with 1500 units in such a small space, it's expected that there is a bit of noise, and the pools can get busy on the weekends. We've never had anyone park in our spot, but one of our cars was broken into, we assume because we left a jacket in the back seat covering a book. One parking spot per bedroom, though 1BR units can pay an additional fee for a second spot. Guest parking can get tricky during the early evening, particularly on Fridays and weekends, but is generally manageable. The gates are a joke, there are usually several cars waiting at the back entrance for a resident to arrive.
My big complaint is that given the down economy, we were not expecting a 10% rent increase after the first year. We decided to take the 20% rent increase so that we could go month to month. We felt there was a good chance we would have to relocate within a few months, and it appears that is finally happening.
