My move in experience to Villa Sienna was horrible. The staff was very nice but the apartment was in very bad condition. The carpets had numerous spots, the blinds and screen door were broken, and both the kitchen and bathroom sinks leaked. It took them a week to fix the inks and almost a month to fix the blinds and carpet.
As far as noise goes I never really experienced any problems. Maybe I got lucky. I live on the third floor and I have only heard my neighbor above maybe twice. The only noise I hear from the neighbors on the sides of me is the alarm when they enter or exit their apartment. As far as it being noisy in the am hrs I would have to disagree. I hear people talking sometimes as they are coming home at these hrs but I have never experienced constant loud partying or music. The only noise related issue would be the fire alarms going off at odd hrs. it usually takes the fire department an hr to 2 hrs to get them shut off. I don t understand what is so funny about pulling an alarm at 3am.
Security here is just short of a joke. Why even have a guarded gate if everyone just tails one another' I have seen as many as 8 cars follow one another in. Security isn t very good at screening the people they do stop at the gate. All you have to do is give them an apartment number and they will toss you a pass. The never ask for a name or id or even check with the resident. I think this is why there is so much vandalism and theft. Also if you experience a problem that requires security expect to wait because they are almost always understaffed.
Parking here is a nightmare. If your having a guest over in the evening or on the weekend make sure they have a full tank of gas because they will drive around for a long time looking for a spot.
As far as the grounds, Villa Sienna is pretty well kept. The pool, clubhouse, and fitness rooms always seem clean.

Don't come down, too hard, on the security guys... their instructions come from the 'powers that be' in the office! Management HAS changed... AGAIN... and security is, finally, being giving a little MORE authority.

Yup, parking is a nightmare. We moved in here primarily because it was beautiful and had wonderful pools, including a salt water pool, and great clubhouse amenities--with our primary thought toward having a few people over. Forget about it. There is no place for anyone to park. Yet somehow the teenage mutant ninja partiers always are able to have jacuzzi-fulls of people yelling and creating a ruckus at all hours. It's been a really unsatisfying experience. No feeling of community at all, and no chance of having your friends over to make up for no community. So you end up completely isolated in an unsafe island of weirdness.
