The grounds are nice and the floorplans are nice. But maintenance is terrible. It takes them forever to address problems. There is a major bee problem and they do nothing about it. The security is a joke. There are no passes for residents so you don't have to hold one up to get in so they have no idea if you are a resident or not when you follow someone else in. Fire alarms go off at odd hours of the night. While they can't control crazy kids pulling the alarm, they could certainly prevent the sound from piercing everyones' eardrums and they could make sure the alarm goes off earlier. I don't think it should take 30 minutes for them to deem it a false alarm. The fitness rooms are small and very average but there are four of them spread throughout the complex.
