High Vandalism and rukus. Cops are here ALL the time. Cops will tell you that they are here all the time for vandalism and stolen bikes.
Fire Alarms pulled regularly at 3am by drunk college kids. SOOOOOO funny. NOT! We actually had permanent pieces of clothes taped over the alarms to reduce the misery.
Had two secured bikes stolen and one car keyed
Noise is horrible. You can hear everything from surrounding apartments. Nothing is really done about noise complaints either.
It's party central, too many rich college kids doing stupid ----. Once I went to the elevator to find a trial of open condoms throw all over the place.


It's all a show peeps (the pools, grounds etc). You'll be waiting for your lease to be up (can't break it or they go after you for 5k )
Elevators are slow and or broken half the time
Parking is horrible. Weekends' Good luck!
Maintenance is slow.

This place blows-plain and simple. Irvine is supposed to be the safest city in the US, well Villa Sienna is the the absolute ghetto of Irvine-made to look pretty.

I have given my credit card to the girl at the office to pull my credit, but after all these reviews I have decided to withdraw. I called plus emailed her not to charge the card. After a few days my bank's card division called me that they charged the card without my authorization. Nice goin'! I'd rather live under the bridge than live in this nightmare! Thanks for your post norcalang!

I'm just happy I can save other people the year plus of misery.. Good luck on finding a better place! I moved to Madrid apartments in Mission Viejo. Very mellow and not flashy but quiet and safe for sure.

Absolutely! I am so glad I have only 3 months left...I have lived here for about 4 years now. The first two, great, then it went all down hill and at a rapid pace. My car just got vandalized in the middle of the day over the weekend in my own "gated" parking area. What has happened to this place?
