- parking is a problem
- Cops are always there
- The gate is a joke
- Trash and smells are everywhere
- maintenance is a joke
- They say pets are not allowed but THERE ARE PETS

I know! Trash bins are left out on the street (for collection) for most of the day, a few times a week... and with this heat the stench is really bad!!!!
