The complex looks nice.
But as the saying goes, don't judge a book by its cover.
Maintenance is TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!! It takes them forever to come (several days or longer) and then when they come, often times they can't fix the problem or they fix it and the same problem resurfaces a few days later.
The fire alarms go off all the time and ridiculously loud.
The front gate is a joke.
Anyone can get in!!! Management does not care at all.
They made a point when renting to me about pets not being allowed and then on my first night here, I was awakened by a dog barking next door.

u must've been really bad luck. whenever i called the maintenance, they've always come really fast.
