We moved here in January '07 and have really loved every minute of it. We got along GREAT with the leasing office, they have a monthly breakfast, the maintenance staff is VERY friendly, and they do an AMAZING job cleaning things up. They clean the grills nearly every day and make them look spectacular. The pool area is BEAUTIFUL. The apartments have cool floor plans, and the fake hard wood floors look great and are easy to clean. Yes, we've had some times with trashy people, spitting out sunflower seeds onto the ground at the pool, loud disrespectful kids, and some barking dogs but its nothing we cant handle. Some people stay at the pool longer than 10pm, but as long as they are not bothering anyone its not a big deal. Overall our experience here was fantastic. We love our apartment except for the PRICE!! Its pretty expensive.
