First of all, let me say that I really regret the fact that ever I moved into Woodbury Square. I thought hey... it's brand new, affordable, what could go wrong... right? Well, it turns out that my stay was a complete and utter nightmare!!!
The management is unprofessional and very hard to communicate and get along with. Upon move in they were nice but after move in... well, that's another story. I was treated so poorly that I chose to break my lease and move out(something that I had never done before.) I was being harassed by the management on a weekly basis and felt extremely uncomfortable. I have lived in many apartments and this one was by FAR the worst.
I am now happy in my new place and even though I had to break my lease at Woodbury Square, it was well worth it because like I said... it was a horrible nightmare. I wouldn't recommend it at all!

Yes, I completely agree with original post. I am currently debating about breaking my lease or transferring to a different unit. Below me are trashy neighbors whose offensive, foul porn scenes I am forced to listen to each night.
I am a lady and cannot believe that I am being put through this garbage when this is supposed to be a nice, clean and respectful place to live.
The leasing office couldn't care less about my complaint, and when I initially complained, I was told by the assistant manager of Woodbury Square that there had been similar complaints before about this resident; however, now that I am taking this complaint up with their superiors, this same office staff member is now denying she said anything like that to me.
Can you believe what I am being put through?
Do NOT move here if you are a quiet, private, respectful, courteous, person (especailly, students!).
