You pay a lot of money to live in an apartment complex full of noisy residents. You pay a lot of money for rent and your neighbors are loud and the management team at the leasing office do not care.
Parking is getting worse. People don't park their cars in the garage because they filled the garage with other things and people leave their trash out in the hall way. Walls are VERY thin. What annoys me the most is people parking their cars in front of their garage because they are too lazy to park a little farther from the apt. Parking in front of the garage makes it harder for other residents to park their garage.
The Staff at Woodbury Square seems very fake. You pay a lot of money for rent and all you get are fake smiles and no promises.
Do Not live here. Too expensive and the staff/managment team is horrible.

I agree with the comments. I have complained about people leaving trash in my building, but that is still continuing. Kids play soccer by my car and have hit the ball several times. No one seems to care about property/peace.

I agree with noise and parking problem.
Management are fake..
This is my second month and alreay hate this place.. cause of upstair neighbours also too noisy.. all night vibration of the fan..

I completely agree that this place is a horrendous rip off for the disrespectful, noisy neighbors and a fake leasing office staff who TRULY doesn't care about your comfort of living.
I have lived here for 5 months and am debating on breaking my lease. It's a tough decision because breaking of the lease is expensive; however, it seems well worth it to find another apartment more respectful.
Living here while kids run around free, screaming at the top of their lungs all day, where trashy noisy neighbors below my unit have porno night a few times a week (& disregard police officer visits) forcing a lady like myself to listen to such trash, and where the leasing office does nothing about it.
Please, do not get yourself into what I am facing; breaking the lease for lots of $$ to get out of here!
