Sure the pool and game room look nice but they are there to sell(sucker) you in. The walls are so thin you can here your neighbor just watching TV. Plus the trash pick ups are on Saturday at 7:00am! That might be just fine if your 70 years old and can turn your hearing aid off but sorry thats not what i look forward to on the weekend. Any special rate they give you is no special in my mind. Simply put, i would strongly consider renting from someone rather than a corporation as i have done. I moved out of apartment living and am currently renting from a wonderful person in a great community at the same price without the convienience of hearing my neighbors. Plus trash pick ups are in the afternoon when im at work!
