San Paulo Apartments 43% Recommended May 10 2008: I've lived in San Paulo Apartments long enough to know you don't want to be here. There are rats. I've seen them running all around the upper edges of the buildings. The garage doors don't work. The place is old Villa Coronado 38% Recommended May 09 2008: The staff is great, and that is where it ends. I decribe this place as a frat house located in a ghetto atmosphere with out the gunshots. Breaking into cars, and this week there was a party in the parking Woodbury Lane 90% Recommended May 08 2008: Woodbury lane is an ideal place to live in Irvine. Brand new apartments, great amenities (washer/dryer in unit, garage, fitness center, beautiful pool/spa, etc.), nice staff, pet friendly, and quiet. The only problem I ha Portola Place Apartment Homes 50% Recommended May 07 2008: For the person with the garage problem...I think you are a little high maintenance. Heaven forbid you have to walk 100 feet from your garage to your apartment. I am from Texas and my wife is from Michigan. The apartments San Carlo Apartments 64% Recommended May 07 2008: Since we occupied this unit in June 2007, our family enjoyed the serenity of the community. The location is good, neighbors are warm, surroundings are cozy and relaxing. I will surely miss this place when we move to Bay Area |
