Nice, clean and quiet apartment building in Isla Vista. Exterior is nothing flashy (no pool, gym or anything like that) but the apartments are nice and clean inside (really nice and clean by Isla Vista standards). Staff was friendly and courteous, taking care of any problems we had pretty quickly. Not sure what the other reviewer was talking about, they must have never been to Isla Vista before as it was a quiet building (surrounded by sororities) on every weekend I was there (other then Haloween of course). Over-all, I'd recomend it. I lived their two years and never had any headaches. They were also pretty cool on security deposit, as we got almost all of it back (hookah burns in the carpet nicked us a bit).
