Nice place to live

Compared to all the other places in IV, this one is probably one of the best. Fairly quiet compared to other places (the manager doesn?t allow parties). Parking kind of sucks, but then again, find me one good place to park in town. The place is old like all of IV, but well maintained. For my experience while in school, a nice place to live.
