i think the place is okay, very quiet for IV. there used to be very, very nice resident manager, Dave Field, who was very responsible and kept us comfortable. but the things turned bad since the new management took over in the summer of 2002 (i've been living here for quite a while). the people working at the office are absolutely dumb, while being condescending. i don't even know the name of the new landlord. so i absolutely wouldn't recommend this place unless the management improves. those people cause more pain than it's worth. i definitely won't renew the lease.
