Aladdin Apartments - Nice, clean and quiet apartment building in Isla Vista. New management, better place! New management under Essex Property, Inc. Lyza replaced Dave as the landlord. She is just about the most friendly, enthusiastic, and helpful landlord in Isla Vista. She's pretty young so she gets along very well with the college student tenants.

Management sucks Dave is the manager there and he is a total ---. I've personally pissed on his car a few times because of the frustrations i had with him. He is extremely selfish and doesn't care for anybody good other than himself. Be careful with you deposit because he will not pay you

Horrible... Noisy, even though the lease says it is a noise-free apartment complex. The property management (KAMAP) are rude and unprofessional. They throw the book at you in every case where they benefit monetarily, but fail to enforce rules that protect and accommodate the renter.

I got ripped off on the move-out. They "stole" my deposit and tried to collect even more. They did not fix things during my stay and were not responsible to anything other than a personal visit to their office with threats to sue. Parking is as horrible as the landlord - STAY AWAY,

I have been living here for 6 months I love a lot about it and dislike a lot about it. I like that Dave the landlord is great and very helpful. The place is well kept up. I dislike no pets allowed, the cost, and the parking is the worst at 300 per car. Also it ends up costing $5.00 to your laundry
