Horrible... Noisy, even though the lease says it is a noise-free apartment complex. The property management (KAMAP) are rude and unprofessional. They throw the book at you in every case where they benefit monetarily, but fail to enforce rules that protect and accommodate the renter.

I have been living here for 6 months I love a lot about it and dislike a lot about it. I like that Dave the landlord is great and very helpful. The place is well kept up. I dislike no pets allowed, the cost, and the parking is the worst at 300 per car. Also it ends up costing $5.00 to your laundry

depends i think the place is okay, very quiet for IV. there used to be very, very nice resident manager, Dave Field, who was very responsible and kept us comfortable. but the things turned bad since the new management took over in the summer of 2002 (i´ve been living here for quite a while).

I did not really enjoy it. No dishwasher, no a.c., no heat (we could not turn it on because it had asbestas) The parking was extremely overpriced for just one spot. However if you are looking for somewhere quiet in IV this is the place to go.
