All of the units are newly remodeled. They do not have many common features such as dish washers or ceiling fans. Overall the apartments are nice, the managers are friendly but unprofessional and very unhelpful. The manager's office is only open from 10:00-2:00 Monday-Friday. Sometimes it takes a while to get help for a service call. My hot water heater went out and it took a full day before they came to repair it. The laundry room only had 6 washers and dryers, and most of them were not working at any given time. Rent is income contingent.
