nice outide...military base housing inside... you that have been there know what i mean...rotting plumbing in 1 bldg. being rerouted thru hallway. cheapest carpet they could find w/no padding provides absolutley no sound barrier top to bottom floor... hard as a rock. 25 yrs. old and showing it.
