Kennedy Meadows

During my stay at Kennedy Meadows, I was not only harrassed by the owner, I was harrassed by one of the Section 8 tenants, who was also on meth. I reported this to the on-site manager, who appeared to not be concerned. Because someone I knew was evicted on hostile grounds from the property, the owner decided to harrass me and basically let me know through a conference call that if he heard anything regarding me being a problem, I could get evicted. Not sure how simply knowing someone who is troublesome, but choosing to remove myself from this person's circle of friends, is grounds to threaten me with losing my housing.

I was a great tenant. I kept my apartment SPOTLESS. I kept to myself, socializing
with the few responsible parents that lived there.
I paid my rent on time, in full, every month. I kept my vehicle running and never allowed anyone to live with me illegally. I never had a noise complaint against me. I did not stumble around this complex drunk or on drugs, the police had never been called on me.

These people lost a great tenant. Lots of luck dealing with the tweekers.
