when i first moved in it looked great. everything was new and in great shape. but when i had problems the manager wouldnt do a thing. The people above us were always up from midnight till 6am making loud noises and playing tecno. the manager said he talked to them and the people said it was us making noises. I have been woken up by someone knocking at my door at 1am asking me to turn the music down. and i would tell them to look in my house, my lights were off and we were asleep. then they would relise it was the people up stairs. after six months of the manager doing nothing i called the police and it finally stopped. but later started again and with them dinging my car making dents in my car. I would come home with the smell of weed, like the drug, in my house from the people to the right of us and i'd tell the manager i was sick of it and he said he couldnt do anything about it because they were doing it in there home and not out in the open. so i stayed my whole year lease to get my security deposit back and when i got my deposit back i only got $60.00. out of 400.00 i only got 60.00. They said i had to pay for them to have it cleaned and painted like everyone else. thats a lie. he told me when i signed that it was a security deposit and i would get all of it back. that there was no cleaning deposit. I asked before i signed. but i was glad to be out of there and said screw it. and the only people who say its a great place to live and raise kids in are bad parents and obviously dont watch there children. there are tons of teenagers skateboarding and jumping out infront of cars as they are driving almost causing an accident. there are only meth heads and people with problems living in a place that just Looks nice.
