noisy neighbors and didn't let me have my service dog right away - i lived here in 2004 in a 2 bedroom place upstairs and the neighbors were noisy and too many kids if u don't like them its not a good place to live, if u do then its a good place to live. they didn't allow me to have my service dog in there for months and they never got the paperwork going, my parents had to stay on there tails. its does have a nice big yard for dogs and a creek ...Full review of Jackson Apartments

min. code buildings nice outide...military base housing inside... you that have been there know what i mean...rotting plumbing in 1 bldg. being rerouted thru hallway. cheapest carpet they could find w/no padding provides absolutley no sound barrier top to bottom floor... hard as a rock. 25 yrs.

when i first moved in it looked great. everything was new and in great shape. but when i had problems the manager wouldnt do a thing. The people above us were always up from midnight till 6am making loud noises and playing tecno. the manager said he talked to them and the people said it was us
