Just an opinion..... I am a current resident here as well...Have been for years..the management is slow to react and respond to tenant's issues...does anyone know how to contact the owner of this complex directly? I would like to try out for the managerial position.....if that's alright :)

Living getto style This building has gone down the hill. Building is trashy, and noisy. Manager is totally ghetto. If you decide to move in, you can expect:
Balconies overflowing with junk (they look like storage units!).
High noise levels in the middle of the night.

Current Tenant Spacious apartments but management is horrible. Water boiler has not been fixed for over one year. On several occasions, there has not been hot water. Management is slow to react.
