I lived at Broolake for over a year and had no problems with them. The biggest problem I had was when an outside contractor they were using to trim their trees broke the fence in my backyard and crushed an entire flower bed. The staff at Brooklake was awesome about it, completely professional and immediately offered up compensation for my plants before I even asked. Try to get a downstairs facility. It doesn't cost much more, but its worth it. My boyfriend and I were very happy living there. They have monthly events for residents, a REALLY nice gym, an activities center, 2 swimming pools, a hot tub and outside barbeques!! The facilities are very neatly kept and are in a really nice area, within walking distance to Laguna Lake and the more affluent neighborhood of Fullerton. The other side sits on the border of La Habra near a Target, an Albertsons and a Best Buy!!! They usually have a short waiting list and the new management is really friendly.
