	An excellent manager..a very good human being .Is highly responsive, very efficient and takes lot of interest in the well being of the residents. We( Mig & Kamal) are very happy to be here.

	Lived here for 1yr and it was so so. The place was clean and well kept by onsite managers, but the noise from the gas station/car wash was RIDICULOUS!! Tires squealing, loud music, etc. And, our A/C went out in ... more

	This property is very quiet from the inside of property... Its very noisy from the Imperial Hwy trafic at night and gas station customers with load music, car wash.
