The apartment community has great location. It's surrounded by all the shopping and entertainment sources. Fairly close to major freeways (you don't want your place too close to the fwy anyway). I just had such a pleasant time living there and now that i think about it, it was mainly due to the great management. Not sure if she still works there but Pavina (manager) certainly ran things smoothly making Hillsborough Park a nice place. I think it can get quite loud and dusty for residents living right on beach blvd but overall it's quiet. Not sure of the demographics on residents. i saw lots of young professionals i guess.
The place is VERY clean and safe.
I always recommend this place to people desiring to live in north o.c.

Again a sad attempt at marketing this complex. For all you review readers, there has to be something said for a apartment complex to repeatedly attempt to promote their facility with similarly worded reviews. I can bet that a "happy" resident will respond to this shortly.
