Live on 2nd floor of Building E apartment here @ Hillsborough, we've been here for a while now, and i yet to have complaints. the only complaint I have are some snobby neighbors but the management is courteous and friendly. Maintenance is spectacular. I yet to hear sound coming thru the walls at all. I love the fact that our washer and dryer are our apartment. that is such a plus! i love our 24 hour gym & pool. Denise in the leasing office is sweet and takes care of everything so speedy. I have no complaints at all here! whoever has anything negative to say about HP needs to try living in Rosebeach down the street!

I hope that everyone who reads this review is not fooled by the fact that the staff at Hillsborough Park sadly writes their own reviews to market their property. The gym and pool are what they are in the sense that there is some exercise equipment in a room, and there is a square hole in the ground filled with water. Stay away from this place.

Funny how anonymous isn't willing to back up what they say. And how much gym equipment do you need? And there is 24 hour fitness next door. I lived there from 2004 to 2007 in apartment F611 and had friends over all the time. I never heard my neighbors, but then again, that could just be that I had good neighbors. But for anonymous to be so emotional, it could be possible that not everyone hated living there. It's not all about you and if your always the victim, there is a reason.

If they wrote their own reviews, why would they write there own name? Is talking about the pool and gym all you have to say? As a current resident for 2 years I have enjoyed my stay. Having your own patio, w/d, garage...who can ask for more. I love the pool.
