It started out bad..initial walk in was not done properly. Nothing was checked, and the same night, things were found that did not work (hot water, heater, clothes dryer). Then, we had to find a place for our 2 Dogs since there is no pets. Later to find that our lower tenants had a dog secretly. In addition, we have seen other people walking dogs around the property. Parking garages, are too small in width. In between each garage, you can see where people have hit the walls because of the shallowness. Its literally impossible to park depending where your garage is located.
There is NO ONE who works at the office or the complex who can help in case of an "after hour problem". Once this office is closed, pagers are literally turned off. Employees do not even live at this property.
We have rented and owned is two different states and these are NOT LUXERY APARTMENTS.
Way over priced. We rented a 1600ft 4bd/2.5 bath house in Texas for 1,250 with a big backyard.
This is a joke for what you pay for.

The office staff can't help it if dogs are being secretly hidden from the them. This is a great place to live! Go back to Texas and learn how to spell the word LUXURY!!!!!

As a former tenant I agree with the review. The current office staff is also clueless. There is never any upper management available to deal with issues, and the lower management is incapable of any intelligent response to questions regarding so called company policies. I would not be surprised if the person who wrote the response to this review is one of said employees. Nice try braniacs...Stay away from this money pit!!!

Regardless of who is writing the comments, bottom line, the staff cannot help it if somebody else breaks the rules. So your mad you got caught? Legitimate issues please. And yes real estate is cheap in Texas. That's common knowledge. Southern California is overpriced. Try living in Fullerton or Brea. Don't complain about the price if your willing to pay for it. That's called supply and demand. Go live some place you can afford and you'll see you get what you pay for.

Ok first of all it cost $$$ to live in California. No one wants to live in Texas thats why its cheap. If you think that the price is too much then why did you agree to it? Washer and dryer are in the apartment plus your own covered garage so of course its not dirt cheap. I've lived in two other apartment communities prior and this one is by far the best. As for you having experince living in two different states I would think by now you would have some knowledge of initial inspections. If you were smart you would of done your own inspection. The only thing I can agree with you is that the current staff is not as great as they use to be. And for the person who wants the Corporate office info why don't you go on the Corporate website.
