I was a former resident here who never has anything bad to say about a business, but this apartment complex has forced me to speak out. When I first moved in, management was helpful however I never really needed to contact them for any issues. After a period of time I started to see a decline in the overall upkeep of the residence as well as their office operations. The newest staff there is far from professional. I will not point out specific issues with them, but I do wish they reconfigure their way of resident service. As for the complex itself, it is a bit pricey (even for these difficult economic times), there is no "fitness center" just a room with a few exercise machines. The grounds look very uninviting, mostly pavement and hardly any greenery. Garages are ridiculously small and there is a problem with thin walls. Unfortunately the area has slowly declined as well. The golf course across the street has occasional stray balls making their way into the parking lot. Gates are open too often allowing anyone who does not reside in the complex to come and go frequently. Not a safe place for families. Anyone looking into moving to this property should rethink it and continue looking.

I think most of it is true. But its been safe till now, though we have a outsiders walking in during the day time that could be a serious problem if security is not improved.
Gym has not in a very good condition off late. Pool is good. And rents at this time is very very high though they provide in house washer/dryer facility.
The new office staff lack politeness & need to be considerate to residents. Not very good support or service from them.

Out of curiosity, did you find anyplace with bigger single garages built after the 1980's. Irvine companies garages are just as small unfortunately. And the golf course, what could management do about the golf course across the street? Parking does suck but they the city dictates the no parking on Beach Blvd, not them. Once again, what can they do about it. They don't own the land bordering them so it's not like they can build extra parking. What apartment doesn't have parking issues. At least you have a garage. It's better than most apartments in that area. Sharing one sucks because then you get dinged by your neighbors car and you can't store valuables because it's safety rests in the hands of your neighbor.

I have been a resident here since March 2007. The office staff was polite and very attentive until now. I thought I was the only one having issues. They are snotty, young, immature and apparently can't help their current residents. There "business center" has not had a working fax machine for over a year. When you ask the office staff to assist you, they roll their eyes and act as if they are being bothered. They would not re-new my lease at the current market value ($1,778). They made me move into a new unit if I wanted to secure the rate. The only thing this place has going for it is that it is new and there is a washer and dryer in each unit. The maintenance team is the only crew here that is WONDERFUL!

I have had a great experience here. The staff was courteous during my move in, and havent had any complaints other than the parking, which i know there isnt a whole lot you can do about that. I have lived at other communities that have had less guest parking! the neighborhood is quiet and the upkeep is great!
