THe apt was built long ago. When I moved in the paint smell was overwhelming for 3 weeks. Asbestos warning stickers are stuck on every wall, cabinet & drawer. If I had an issue with maintenance the problem would soon be resolved. One huge issue was the noise from the upstairs. Since the building is so old the floors are made of wood. If you are on the bottom floor you can hear everything, esp if the person is wearing shoes on the linolium floor. My biggest issue was the fact that the one and only manager was not available 90% of the time.
