The Wife and I lived here for 5 years. Had to move for multiple reasons.

1. Management was absurd.
2. Good luck trying to get maintenance to fix anything.
3. They had my rental car towed (impounded) even though it was parked in my spot.
4. Had the noisiest neighbors to our left, our right, and across. Mgmt did nothing.
5. Assistant mgr was completely worthless.
6. Laundry machines were ALWAYS broke, ans took you $$.
7. Never returned our deposit (Place was left in better shape that when we moved in)
8. Rent went up $50 every 6 months.

My Wife and I consider ourselves GREAT tenants (Quiet, always pay rent on time etc.), but if your going to be moving to La Habra, I just can't in good conscience recommend this place because there are so many more complexes that do a better job for the $$. Sorry, but true.

Same with me dont feel bad the managment must pocket the money and luxury apts it is not manager is useless.

This is true about them towing cars in your stall without ever even asking if it's your car. They will not call, knock, or anything. If the car doesn't have the parking sticker they will tow it, EVEN IF IT SAYS AVIS RENTAL CAR all over it. And yea, the laundry machines are broken waaay too often. Maybe they should have MORE of them and then each one wouldn't get used so often and would last longer. Since we have no choice but to use these things, maybe a change machine in the laundry room, like any other laundry mat, would be a good idea. DOH, that's right, this is a luxury apartment complex, we tenants are LOADED with quarters!!
