Absolutely not worth the rent increases and is NOT a luxury complex

Been a resident for nearly three years and plan on moving as soon as possible.
Very poor parking which is only periodically monitored and vehicle break-ins are frequent(myself twice a victim).
There are numerous apartments currently vacant that have been so for three or more months.
Expect unjustified annual rent increases of $100.00/month.
Poorly insulated units require high electric bill.
Management is well known as having an arrogant attitude and has no qualms about publicly insulting you (this has happened twice to me personally, by the head and assistant manager).
I have had good experiences with the maintenance personnel as they have been quick and thorough with any problem I have had and I have never had a pest problem while there.
Maintenance does a great job of managing the grounds and the pool.
I have met very nice residents who are (as I am) unable to financially move on from apartment living.
Bottom line: some sort of security monitoring is needed (either video or patrol), rent increase gouging needs to stop, and management needs training in interpersonal relation skills.
