I have lived atIl Pompeii for 31/2 years. It is an older property that is well maintained and kept very clean. the management staff is great. If I need a repair, I just call and let the manager donna know, and right away Greg the maintenance is there to fix it. what more could you ask for. I think some of the reviews I read are probably from some of the people Donna got out of here when she took over the management. She really cleaned house and got rid of the alchoalic low lives. I plan on living here for more years to come. By the way I just gopt a letter in the mail telling me that there would be no increases this year due to the economy, so we can believe this company has heart as well as a great building.

I am the resident who posted on 07/24. In fact, I am not aware of any such tenants or evictions, at least near my unit (I current still reside at Il Pompei). Hopefully I will be receiving the same letter in the mail regarding rent, but as of today, have not. Your post is very complimentary of Il Pompeii and I feel the same way regarding Greg and the maintenance work he does. I am happy that you have had a good experience here...unfortunately, (and I only speak for myself) my experience hasn't been the same.
