We are tenants here been here for 2 years now we love it, clean beautiful
enviroment.the trash that has been posted are the people that are breaking the
rules not the tenants that have been living here for quite awhile, management
always makes sure that there tenants are well taken care of. You try managing
111 units,it takes good mansgement and tenants to keep this place looking as
beautiful. I would reommend anyone to live in this community, very nice
neighbors with there kids and pets.

It's funny that when someone writes a review that isn't so positive on here that there is someone who always comes in to write a review to counter it. These post claim that those who say anything negative are "drunks", "lowlifes", etc. Completely unsubstantiated accusations. As everyone on here posts anonymously, you have NO CLUE who you are talking about when you make such comments. Why post anonymously? Because we have come to know THE MANAGER and know from our own experiences or from those we have seen her deal with that she is vindictive.
It's simple.
If you want a retirement community where kids are not allowed to play outside then this is an OK place for you. If you have kids...KEEP LOOKING.
If you want your rent increased each year, even in a recession, this is the place for you.
If you want great maintenance and friendly maintenance personnel, this is the place for you.
If you don't mind the summertime vehicle break ins and nothing done in the way of security, lighting, or even sharing information about such, then this is the place for you.
It's just an apartment folks...it's not luxury living, not a house, not a Newport Beach condo...it's an apartment in La Habra. With that in mind, it's simply, OK. The management's not OK, but the place is.
