don't be fooled by the front office appearance. this is a HORRIBLE place to live! we were disappointed to discover that upon our arrival at la habra hills there was NO "gym" as advertised. after living there for only a few months the unit was INVESTED with roaches. the pool was DANGEROUSLY unsafe as children would urinate and leave behind feces. only ONE carport provided per unit and NO other parking available. management is very RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. maintanence requests are DISREGARDED. rent continues to rise yet there are NO improvements to the building or units themselves!
