First of all, this is La Habra, NOT Brea. The rents they are charging for this dump is basically highway robbery and such a joke. Take it from a former tenant of Summerwood. Forget about having any kind of peace of mind. There are so many kids running around, bouncing balls, riding their bikes and skateboards, and screaming their heads off all day long, that you will be lucky if you can actually hear your t.v. when you are trying to watch it. However, it does quiet down around 9:00 p.m. but by that time it's time to go to sleep. And good luck with that one. I highly recommend good ear plugs. And although they have garages, they are shared. So if your neighbor forgets to close the garage and your car gets stolen, don't say I didn't warn you. Mine got broken into twice. And lastly, if you have a problem or complaint, good luck dealing with the incompetent management company. They couldn't care less. Oh, and I left out the best part, the daily dumpster divers. It's bad enough having to be woken up at 4 am by these idiots, but then you have to deal with the guy who owns the house across the street and has monthly parties with live mariachis and the "wanna be" drummer next door to him that starts jamming early Sat and Sun mornings. So if you like to sleep in on weekends like most normal people, forget about it. And did I mention the constant dog barking'''Enough said.
