What everyone else is saying is true.

Fitness area a joke...worthless. Kids freakin everywhere. Dude on a corn cart ringing his bell every 10 minutes. Good luck trying to take a nap during the day.

Place is not safe. My car endured the following in 1 year: egged twice and glass shattered.

Cops are at the complex like once a month for who knows what.
The laundry room was always full!! You seriously have to do your laundry during work hours.

Every week you will find a beat up couch, table, or broken tv on the sidewalk. Ridiculousness.

Parking sucked. Oh yeah . . me and my roomies tallied a combined 8 parking tickets (street sweeping and overnight). Mind you, we simply parked on the side of the street!

I admit, me and my roommates were loud and smoked strong smelling --ahem -- stuff .. haha .. but hey . .its apartment living!!!

Summerwood sucks. But man, those were 3 of the greatest and funnest years of my life.
