Quite and clean From: c4lady Date posted: 1/24/2003 Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2003   This complex is quiet and clean. The managers keep the property nice, attend to the tenants' needs in a quick manner and are very friendly. The property has a brook running through it, a rec room and the apartments have fireplaces. My apartment is a very spacious 2-bedroom 1.5 bath. There is storage above the covered parking area. I did find the laundry room to be a little too small (not enough washers/dryers) but the cost was low. The area is growing with a Costco store being planned for the shopping strip one block up the road on La Habra and Beach. I love living here. k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S
